Candidates do not need agency experience to apply. We provide training on our content process, style standards, SEO basics, and revision workflow.
Training provided
Content Writers go through onboarding that covers Novaito's writing guidelines, content brief process, editing workflow, and quality checklist. Early assignments include reviewed practice tasks and direct feedback from senior writers.
No prior agency experience required. We invest in training so you can succeed in this remote role.
