About the role
Assist with basic financial record-keeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
You will support the finance and operations team with expense tracking, invoice preparation, receipt organization, and basic record-keeping tasks that keep financial documentation accurate and up to date.
This is a remote administrative finance role suited to candidates who are organized, comfortable with numbers, and careful with documentation.
Formal bookkeeping certification is not required. We provide training on our invoice process, expense categories, filing standards, and the tools we use for financial admin work.
Training provided
Bookkeeping Assistants receive hands-on training on Novaito's expense tracking process, invoice templates, reconciliation checklist, and document organization standards before handling live financial records.
No prior agency experience required. We invest in training so you can succeed in this remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Track expenses, receipts, and payment records
- Prepare invoices and support reconciliation tasks

Preferred qualifications
