You will work closely with project managers and operations staff to keep internal records accurate, documents organized, and routine workflows moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, clear processes, and dependable behind-the-scenes support.
Responsibilities include maintaining files, preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, assisting with correspondence, and helping teams stay aligned on administrative tasks across multiple projects.
We welcome candidates who are eager to learn. Full training is provided on our documentation standards, reporting templates, and internal systems.
Training provided
You will receive step-by-step training on Novaito's admin workflows, file organization standards, reporting tools, and team communication practices. A supervisor will review your work during the first month and provide ongoing coaching as needed.
No prior agency experience required. We invest in training so you can succeed in this remote role.
